Our Deluxe Wings are made with 14 gauge steel "bones" to hold the shape of the butterfly curve no matter what kind of stresses you put on them. The wings can be positioned out flat (shown) so that you look like you are about to take off, or in an upright position, like a butterfly that is about to take off. Because the bones are strong, you can also choose any combination of positions that strikes your fancy.

1.5" satin ribbon harness allows freedom of movement because it re-distributes the weight to the waist as well as the shoulders. Because the harness needs to criss-cross the body, it will hold the wings on, no matter how much 'fluttering' the wearer does.

The fabric of the wings is a nice lace, so the wings have an almost baroque feeling to them. Finish with bits of ribbon dangling from the ends and you have a set of wings that will flutter in every breeze or with every movement.
