Do you take custom work?

Yes! Custom work is, quite frankly, fun! There is something delightfully challenging about making something that someone specifies so that their ideas come forth, while at the same time the creative impulse is allowed to bloom. E-mail me at info@pan-gaia.com or contact me if there is something that you would like to see realized. If it's an odd project, and if we both have the time, then I'm game if you are!

How do I let you know what I want?

Well, the easiest way to do things is to make a sketch, and send that. If there is something from a movie that looks like what you are looking for, that helps, too, as well as full descriptions of any specific colors, fabrics, etc. that you may want. If you have a specific fabric that you want made into something, we can do that, or, if you only have a few vague ideas, we can work with those to make the garment of your dreams.

Where can I see your work in person?

Conventions are the staple of our work. You can see our Schedule by just clicking the link. As soon as we know that we are going to be there, we will update the page with details.

Why "Pan-Gaia"?

It started with a joke about my personal inability to make up my mind about what specific styles and such that I wanted to focus on. I love things from everywhere, and will enjoy making fairy wings one day, followed by a Renaissance shirt the next, and a kimono the next. Basically everything from around the world is my inspiration, and I wanted a name to reflect that. It also sounds kind of earthy without being too much so, and while it definitely has a strong Pagan name, it's not so much so that it will insult non-pagans.

How do I know that your work will fit?

To put this bluntly, none of us are perfect. This is taken in mind with every single design. All standard designs are made with the idea that one size really will fit all. Fitted designs are measured and draped in many ways to ensure a perfect fit - and then followed with a minimum of three fittings. Non-fitted clothing still is draped and worked so that the finished product will be beautiful and perfect on.

What kind of guarantees do you offer?

Everything you receive from Pan-Gaia Designs is of the finest work possible. Our stitch work is designed so that it will hold up to most abuse. Our jewelry is strong enough to withstand tangles - and the untangling process. Our seams are rolled (on unlined garments) or offset with a lining so that there are never loose frays in the garment. Naturally, individual items will have individual guarantees, but ask. We are happy to let you know what our work is capable of.

What is your return policy?

If your item has been damaged by something other than normal wear and tear (faulty workmanship, thread break, fabric tear, etc.) we will repair or exchange.  Refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis if repair or exchange is not an option. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal on the website. At shows, we accept all major credit cards and cash. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks at this time.
